cinnamon ice cream


We have a favorite children's book called little pea.

On one page little pea eats his spinach and says, "yum. yum. extra yum."

That is exactly what i think about this ice cream from gluten-free Desi (video here).


2 cups almond milk
2 cups coconut milk
2-3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup agave

Mix in blender.

Put in freezer for about an hour and then pour into an ice cream maker.

I was so thrilled to get this ice cream maker for Christmas--because I wanted to make this ice cream.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, here is an idea from Desi.
