Guacamole Recipe
Seeds from 1 or 2 pomegranates (tip: immerse pomegranate in bowl with warm water and squeeze out while under water, then drain the water)
4 or 5 avocados
3 1/2 TBL red onion (finely chopped)
3 1/2 TBL fresh jalapeƱo (finely chopped, no seeds)
3 1/2 TBL tomatoes (finely chopped)
3 1/2 TBL fresh cilantro leaves (finely chopped)
juice from 2-3 lime wedges
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Mash all together, somewhat chunky, add pomegranate last.
My husband and 2 year old can eat this plain:)
