dipped

davis walked by while i was dipping strawberries after dinner and said, "you should take a picture of that. for your blog."

i died laughing.


i put out the platter of strawberries and bananas that had been dipped and handed each kid a bamboo skewer.

i think i blinked and it was gone.

actually i went downstairs to get tim and when we came up the plate was clean and the kids were lined up like three tribal warriors with their skewers covered in chocolate hunting for more.

they were in love.

so we dipped and sliced and rolled our creations in chopped nuts.

chocolate dripped from their mouths and covered their jammies.


i used leftover chocolate sauce from the raw almond joy recipe for the making of this production.
